Most people train in Krav Maga for fitness and self defence. Krav Maga does mix well with other styles, it adds an unparalleled realism that compliments your other training, so don't be afraid to cross train and mix them together. Stavanger & Sandnes Martial Arts and Training clubs
As far as I can tell, this is the ONLY Aikido club in the region. It´s been in Stavanger for several years and is well run, social and friendly.

Boxing has always been great for self defence and fitness. This gym is spacious and well equipped.
